“SuperClub” is the name given to the impressive athletic and fitness facilities at Harbour View Estates. Situated directly in the middle of Concord’s CityPlace Development, Harbour View Estates’ four towers and selection of townhomes was the first of Concord’s developments in the area. When finished, the development will feature more than 18,000 residences across 30 exquisitely designed towers, centred around an 8-acre park.
Amenities Available
With such a wide array of facilities, it’s hard to know where to begin. Anchored at one end of the facility is the full-size basketball court.
The court features six basketball nets, allowing the entire space to be used for multiple games simultaneously. Residents can book the entire court for full court games, such as a house league or basketball clinic.
The other end of the complex features a swimming pool with Jacuzzi area. This 25M indoor pool can be configured with lane-ropes for length practice, or used as an open area for games and fun with friends or family.
Both facilities are separated by a three storey section of space. The bottom floor of this “bridge” features a reception/foyer area, meeting room, pool table, and lounge-style seating. One room in this space contains a bowling alley.
Above this meeting area is a sprawling gym, complete with cardio machines, weight area, spin studio, and more. Being the second level, each end of the gym overlooks the pool and basketball court, respectively.
Last but not least, the third level of Cityplace’s Superclub features a private bookable event space, where residents can host parties, meetings, or get-togethers for friends, residents, and visitors alike.
In the warmer months, Habour View Estates opens its tennis court, dog run area, barbecues, and outdoor seating.
